Transformer Test Bench – Important Features and Working

  Transformer Test Bench   is made to test any transformer, whether a distribution transformer or a power transformer, to see if it can handle its rated capacity according to National and International Standards. During the making process, each part of the bench is made to be consistent and accurate. These instruments can be used manually or with a PLC, depending on what is needed. The units have been made to the point where transformers up to 10MVA have been tested. There are different kinds of tests for the units. Transformers can be tested for both full-load losses and no-load up to a maximum of 30MVA. Transformers and DVDFs for up to 220MVA and AC HV Test Sets for up to 220kV are also available.
